Cheryl D. Smith is an integrative Pilates instructor and the founder of Good Life Experience Pilates. She works alongside her clients, showing them what it means to live and experience the good life.
Cheryl believes that choosing a path to good health and wellness is the key to living a fulfilled life and promotes good health by developing need based programs for every client. That includes movement, healthy eating, and meditation to empower them to live their best life.
Cheryl serves her community and clients throughout New York, with studios in Mount Vernon and Armonk, she has long been an advocate for making Pilates accessible and popular for all. Breaking the stigma that Pilates is for the wealthy.

Ronni
Practicing Pilates since the mid 90's, Ronni earned her certification at CORE Pilates Rye in 2015 by Master Instructor Mel Baker and additional certification through the Pilates Method Alliance of Continuing Education in Scoliosis. Pilates aided Ronni with her understanding of the human body and her Scoliosis. Not only that, but Ronni has comprehensive knowledge of the benefits of Pilates for Osteoporosis, and is a Certified Golf and Tennis Conditioning Specialist. As an instructor, she has the ability to recognize various imbalances in clients who are recovering from injury, want to improve their athletic ability, or just need support as their bodies change with age.
Ronni is a Certified Holistic Health Coach with a degree from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has a broad understanding of health and wellness. She enjoys helping clients understand the lifelong benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. She's passionate about essential oils, and is proficient in their every day uses. Ronni enjoys traveling, organic gardening, cooking and spending time with her family and 2 Portuguese Water Dogs.

Mila (Mind-Body Specialist)
With 500 hours of training under Cheryl at Good Life Experience Pilates, Mila has developed a deep understanding of anatomy and movement, enhanced by her background in massage therapy. Her teaching focuses on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness, guiding clients to reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement. Mila specializes in addressing spine-related issues, including thoracic outlet syndrome and stenosis.
In addition, Mila is skilled in combining various massage techniques to restore movement, balance energy, and empower clients to achieve their wellness goals.
Therline
Therline, founder of The Yoga Marque (TYME), embodies a unique blend of yoga instruction, self-care advocacy, and aviation expertise. As a Yoga Instructor, Flight Attendant, and Private Pilot, Therline integrates a lifestyle that balances professional duties with personal wellness.
She believes in the power of self-care to maintain happiness and effectiveness in all areas of life. Therline's holistic approach to yoga and wellness encourages others to find balance and fulfillment, extending her inclusive practice to those seeking harmony in their own lives. Rick
Rick is a Class A PGA Professional with over 30 years of experience in Golf Instruction, Clubfitting and Golf Fitness. He is currently the lead instructor at Dunwoodie Golf Course offering private and group instruction year-round. He is a Master Instructor utilizing a multitude of training tools and technology to aid in the learning process. Having given over 40,000 lessons, Rick has worked with all types of golfers, all levels of ability and every type of learning style.
Rick is an Authorized Instructor (Master Level) of The Golfing Machine and one of only 32 worldwide to hold the distinction of Master in Golf Stroke Engineering (G.S.E.M.). He is also a Certified Pilates Instructor and founder of Power Golf Pilates, a golf specific fitness program. He has coached other professionals, top level amateurs, club champions as well as women, juniors and new golfers. Rick offers a variety of instruction programs at Dunwoodie year-round, both at his indoor studio and the outdoor facilities.
Gaysha
Gaysha Lawrence is a dedicated Pilates Apprentice Teacher who was hand-selected and comprehensively certified by the founder of GLE Pilates, Cheryl Smith.
Drawing upon a foundational background in dance and cross-training, Gaysha brings a wealth of movement knowledge to her practice. She specializes in teaching the classical approach to Pilates, valuing precision and foundational strength. Gaysha finds genuine joy in guiding clients to connect with their bodies and discover their own hidden strengths through mindful movement.
Beyond the studio, Gaysha is deeply passionate about her family, contributing to her community, and living a fulfilling faith-based and healthy lifestyle.
